Club Runs

The club runs are designed by our members and take us to places most of us would never dream of going and every one of them has been a fantastic adventure.  Our events coordinators are Phil Campbell and Steve Flemming, so if you have an idea for a run, please call them (see club roster for details).
The following runs are proposed but may change at any time - attend the meetings and watch this space and the Bent Wire magazine for any changes. For
more information ring the contact person for each run, phone numbers in the roster.

2026 Club Runs

Thursday 30th April to Sunday 3rd May: Pre 1931 Autumn Tour. Run by the Council of Heritage Motor Clubs and in its 17th year,
                      this is a leisurely 3 day event based in the Orange area. It's a popular, well catered for event very suitable for our cars.
                      Details of each day's run, plus entry form listing entry & meal package costs, are available under

May

Friday 15th: Club meeting at Fivedock Starting at 8:00 pm.
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th May: Open days at Campbelltown Steam Museum, 86 Menangle Rd, Menangle, from 9am till 3.30pm
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th May: East Kurrajong School of Arts classic vehicle display & hobby show at 1090 East Kurrajong Rd,
                        East Kurrajong from 9am till 3pm
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th May: Thirlmere Festival of Steam at NSW Rail Museum, Barbour Rd, Thirlmere from 9am till 5pm
Sunday 31st: rescheduled for Sunday 21st June All Aussie Automotive Show, Gough Whitlam Park, Bayview Ave,
​                          Earlwood. We have been invited to display our cars
                         at this show, which celebrates vehicles manufactured or assembled in Australia. Entry cost is $22 per vehicle.
                         Trophies will be awarded for best club display, plus individual vehicles in several categories.

June

Friday 19th. Club meeting at Fivedock Starting at 8:00 pm.
 
Sunday 21st: Combined run with Model A Club to Picton Botanic Gardens, 13 Regreme Rd, Picton. Arrive from 10.30am.
                        Byo everything or purchase in town a short distance away. The Gardens have limited bbq facilities,
​                        children's playground plus a meandering 6km walk for those wanting to work off lunch!  Contact Phil Campbell

Sunday 16th August: Shannons Eastern Creek Display.

Sunday 23rd August: 2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the Club's first run. To celebrate, we are holding a mystery run. Details will be updated once finalised.

Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th September: Clarendon Classic Truck & Machinery Show at Hawkesbury Showground. Official hours are Saturday 9am till 4pm, Sunday 8am till 3pm. Have your T in place early as grounds fill up quickly
